It grants you a five year residency visa to the purchaser and their family including parents of spouses. After 5 years the visa holders are entitled to re-apply for a further 5 year residency and in the 7th year an actual Greek Passport giving you citizenship in Greece and the EU!

All property owners must file an annual tax return and pay the appropriate yearly property tax but we have a registered tax agent ready to help you with that.
John and Theo, what happens if I want to sell my investment to another non-EU citizen, can I transfer my permanent residency status?
