All property owners must file an annual tax return and pay the appropriate yearly property tax but we have a registered tax agent ready to help you with that.
John and Theo, what happens if I want to sell my investment to another non-EU citizen, can I transfer my permanent residency status?
If a resident sells the property to another non-EU citizen, the Greek residency becomes transferable to the new investor as long as the qualify within the requirements of the Golden Visa program.
